BHIM-Aadhaar-SBI is a powerful tool for merchants, traders, and small businesses to collect payments from customers in a convenient and efficient manner. Gone are the days of installing PoS devices, swiping cards, and relying on cash.

Becoming a merchant on the BHIM-Aadhaar-SBI platform is incredibly simple. With your Aadhaar Seeded account, you can join in just a few easy steps that will take no longer than a minute. By doing so, you'll enjoy the ease and convenience of digital payments while empowering your business.

One of the key advantages of BHIM-Aadhaar-SBI is the ability to collect payments 24/7 from anywhere. Whether you're at a physical store or on-the-go, this platform ensures seamless transactions.

To get started, you'll need a few devices:

<ul>
 <li>Android mobile (OS v4.2 - Jelly Bean and above) with OTG support</li>
 <li>STQC certified FP scanner (please refer to <a href="https://mab.sbi.co.in/mu/BHIMAadhaarSBI.html">https://mab.sbi.co.in/mu/BHIMAadhaarSBI.html</a> for a list of compatible devices; fingerprint scanners integrated with mobiles will not work with the app)</li>
 <li>Data connection on your mobile</li>
</ul>

Once you have these devices, follow these steps to get started:

<ol>
 <li>Register yourself as a merchant in the App</li>
 <li>Connect a compatible fingerprint scanner to your Android mobile. Validate yourself using your Aadhaar and select the Aadhaar-linked account where you want to receive payments</li>
 <li>Set an MPIN in the application, and you're ready to go</li>
</ol>

As a BHIM-Aadhaar-SBI merchant, here's what you need to do to collect payments:

<ol>
 <li>Enter the customer's Aadhaar number and select the bank (customer's account should be Aadhaar seeded)</li>
 <li>Enter the transaction amount</li>
 <li>Capture the customer's fingerprint</li>
 <li>Upon successful validation, the amount will be credited to your account - all within a matter of seconds.</li>
</ol>
